We have confirmed that the male cheetah who was killed yesterday by lions was not one of Oloololo brothers. The male was called “Baghdad Male” and he was on honeymoon with female from Olare Salt Lick since Tuesday. They were seen mating near Owino, in Oloololo lion pride territory. It is most likely that the male was distracted by the mating and did not see the stalking lions till it was too late. R.I.P. Baghdad Male.
